Request a new Button Set
If you use the registered version of Button Maker you can request custom Button Sets
for free by emailing new_buttons@clipartinc.com.
Just send us a screen capture of a button you would like to see converted
into a Button Set or send to us URL of site where you saw button and we'll be glad to build a proffesional amazing looking
button for you.
Please, when request Button Set provide us with the following:
- Your full name
- The email address you used when you bought Button Maker
- Your order number you received when you bought Button Maker
Technical support
If you have any problems with Crystal Button you can contact our tech
support by emailing button_support@clipartinc.com.
Please, make sure you tell us as much information as you can about the
problem you are experiencing, including any error or warning messages that may
have been displayed.
Inform us of the following:
- Button Maker version (from About dialog)
- Windows version, US or international, OEM or not
- Description of your problem (as much information as possible to retrieve
the problem)
We will try to help you as fast as possible, usually within 12 hours.

Lost Registered Version
If you are a registered user and you have lost your registered version of
Button Maker, you will need to email our technical support at
buttons@clipartinc.com.
