Royalty-Free Clip Art Usage Rights for Members

This usage license comes with the purchase of every Graphics Factory.com membership. Your license to use any of the 1 Million plus images in accordance with the Graphics Factory terms. It doesn't get any easier or more affordable to use images on your projects and products or virtually any other purpose: commercial, educational and personal.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Graphics Factory grants you a royalty-free perpetual non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Image(s) only as provided in this Agreement. SEE BELOW FOR OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS AND LIMITATIONS THAT FORM PART OF THIS GRANT.

2. PERMITTED USES. You can:
I. Use the Image(s) in any print or electronic media, including advertising and editorial use, provided such use is not intended to allow the re-distribution, re-use of the Image(s) or access to the image(s) apart from a product or service.

II. Use the Image(s) on product packaging or in any items for educational use or resale, including books, logos, calendars, consumer merchandise (T-shirts, posters, art, etc.), provided such use is not intended to allow the re-distribution, re-use of the Image(s) or access to the Image(s) apart from a product or service apart from a product or service.

III. Specific terms for designers using our artwork:

• Web Site Templates : Credit link in the actual template giving credit for the images used. An active membership is required to continue selling Web site templates with our images in them.
• Embroidery Designs : Credit link on each page where the embroidery designs are sold and a credit link included in your usage rights. An active membership is required to continue selling embroidery designs using our images.
• Logos : Images can be modified to use in logos.
• T-Shirts : Images can be used on T-Shirts you sell. An active membership is required to continue selling T-Shirts with our images on them.
• Digital Scrapbooking : Credit link on each page where the digital scrapbook kits are sold and a credit link included in the usage rights. You can include 300dpi jpg's, vector files can not be included with the templates. An active membership is required to continue selling digital scrapbooking kits with our images.

IIII. Modify or alter the Image(s) as necessary for your use and provided that if such modification or alteration constitutes a derivative work you do not acquire any copyright ownership or equivalent rights in or to any of the Image(s) or any other property of Graphics Factory or its licensors and you shall only use such derivative work in accordance with this Agreement.

3. PROHIBITED USES. You may not:
I. Sublicense, distribute, transfer or assign rights to the Image(s).

II. Display the Image(s) in any digital format or for any digital use at a resolution greater than 72 dpi, except in editorial or preliminary design work. Doing so will be viewed as an attempt to distribute the Image(s) in violation of this Agreement.

III. Use the Image(s) to compete with Graphics Factory. Graphics Factory is in the business of licensing images to its customers. It is the specific intent of this provision to prohibit you from using the Image(s) to enter, either directly or indirectly, a similar or competing business.

4. GIVING CREDIT. We ask that you give credit link to GraphicsFactory.com:

Place a link or a text credit notice to GraphicsFactory.com where the images are used. This helps other learn about us and it also lets other know you have legal rights to use the images.
