At GifArt.com we make it easy and affordable for you to use our content for virtually any purpose, except compete with us.
GifArt Memberships
As a GifArt.com Member you can use, modify, and publish content from GifArt.com in any commercial or personal project. For example create Web sites for clients, candy bar wrappers, embroidery to sell, books, clothing, posters, school projects, scrapbooks, etc...
As a GifArt member you don't have to pay per-image fees or royalties when using GifArt.com's content. We make it easy for you to use our images for virtually any purpose.
Five users per membership
GifArt Members enjoy the flexibility of being able to use their GifArt membership with a team of five users. If you work in an office environment and need colleagues to also access GifArt this is the perfect solution.
GifArt members are permitted to use the Content from GifArt.com as long as all of the following conditions are met:
• The images are used for decoration or viewing purposes only.
• You can not give permission to download and save the images for any reason.
• The application is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features at GifArt.com.
You are not permitted to...
• ...redistribute the Content as clip art, web art, multimedia, or fonts.
• ...use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.
Giving Credit
We like that you include a credit to GifArt.com when possible.

Username and Password Restrictions for all members
Your username and password are for your personal use only. Anyone found to share or distribute their username and password will have their membership terminated immediately.
