STEP 7: Adding Your Side Content...
... Now the fun part.
Let's start by adding the navigation links on the left side of our page in Spot 1.

Go back to your index.html file so you're looking at the HTML code. For the menu we'll use another Table, yes you can put Tables inside of Tables inside of Tables Smile

By putting Tables inside of other Tables you can layout your content any way you can possibly think of. As a norm you shouldn't go much deeper than three Tables. So try not to put more than three tables inside of another Table.

Copy the Table CODE below and paste it in between the hidden side content code, which is Spot 1...

<TABLE WIDTH="150" BORDER="0" CELLSPACING="2" CELLPADDING="2" BGCOLOR="#FFFFCC">
<TR>
<TD> <font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="-1" >Menu</FONT> </TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD> <font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="-1" ><A HREF="index.html"> Page 1 </A></FONT> </TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD> <font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="-1" ><A HREF="page2.html"> Page 2 </A></FONT> </TD>
</TR>
<TR>
<TD> <font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="-1" ><A HREF="page3.html"> Page 3 </A></FONT> </TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>

STEP 8: Adding Your Middle Content...
... Now we will add some text to the middle of your page.

Copy the Table code below and paste it in the middle content (spot 2) area.
<TABLE WIDTH="400" CELLSPACING="2" CELLPADDING="2" BORDER="0">
<TR VALIGN="top">
<TD>
<font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="-1" > <B>My Homepage!</B>
<BR>
This is where you place your story for the world to see.
</FONT>
</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>

It isn't really necesary to put this table here, but if you want nice spacing it's a good idea.

Save your file and open it with your Web browser to see how it looks.

STEP 9: Adding More Pages...
... The last part of this tutorial is adding the other pages, page 2 and page 3. It is really very simple, just save the index.html file as page2.html inside the same folder (Home) as the index.html file. To Save As you go to file and choose Save As and then rename it to page2.html.

Do the same thing for page 3, you now can change the Title to match the name of the page and the content to whatever you want.

The End...

You now have a complete Web site that you can actually upload to the Web and use it as your site.

This tutorial is over and hopefully you got a little better understanding of how these Web sites work.

Now you can join GraphicsFactory.com to get additional images that you can add to your Web pages and Emails.
