Clip Art from Graphics Factory can add interest and impact to your documents. Suppose you've written a letter telling your friends about the great party you threw. The words capture the festive mood of the event, but that page of text looks lifeless and dull. You need pictures to enliven your prose. And once you've inserted your pictures, you can make the text wrap around them.
To insert clip art into your Word 2002 or PowerPoint document
STEP 1
Members login and in the Search box at the top of the screen, type the keyword or exact phrase that describes the subject of the image you’re looking for.
Once you find an image you like, download it to a folder on your computer by right-clicking it and choose Save Picture As....
IMPORTANT NOTE : For Printing Documents:
If you plan on printing your document out then you should use vector clipart instead of the .gif version. Vector clipart is in .WMF or .EPS format and they print excellent. You can resize, change the color, and print vector clipart. To use the vector version of clipar at Graphics Factory. just click the Download Source button. That will download the vector version of that image in a .zip file. Follow these instructions to learn how to work with ZIP files.
STEP 2
Open your Word document, then on the Insert menu, point to Picture and then click From File....
STEP 3
Find the image you downloaded from Clip Art, Inc. in step 1 and click Insert. You should now see the image in your document. You can drag it to the location you want.

Text wrapping styles in Word 2002
By wrapping text around and image you can make your documents look better.
1. Click your picture to select it.
2. On the Format menu, click Picture.
3. In the Format Picture dialog box, click the Layout tab.
4. Select a Wrapping style.
